Summer and winter prices for your holiday
at the entrance of the Val Gardena

We are pleased to offer you an attractive package for a relaxing holiday stay in Laion / Ceves
in the heart of the South Tyrolean Dolomites

The prices are intended for a minimum stay of 3 nights. The local tax of 2,90 € per person/day (expect children under 14 years) is not included in the price.

• For every additional person, we charge a surcharge of 10-15 Euro per day (children until 3 years stay for free).
• Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only, at a price of 10 Euro per day.
• The price includes: bed linen, hand- and bath towels, kitchen towels, satellite TV, W-LAN, fresh bread service, ski depot with ski boot dryer, parking space and final cleaning.

Arrival and departure
On the arrival day, your apartments will be available from 3 pm. On Sundays, check-in is available from 6 pm.
On the departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the apartments within 9.30 am.
The payment can be made in cash or by cheque. Unfortunately we don't accept credit cards.

Our guests receive the Val Gardena Mobil Card for free

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
